Welcome to Control Print Sdn Bhd. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Acceptance & Specifications

• Proofing: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to proofread all artwork, text, and layout before submission. We are not liable for spelling, grammar, or design errors provided by the customer.

• Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor calibrations and the nature of CMYK printing, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match. A slight variance is considered acceptable within industry standards.

• File Requirements: All files must meet our minimum resolution and “bleed” requirements. We reserve the right to reject low-quality files that may result in poor print output.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Full Payment: Production will only commence once full payment is received and the artwork is approved.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to fluctuations in material costs or technical errors on the website.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

• Estimates only: Turnaround times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by power outages, machine failure, or “Acts of God.” We will, however, notify you of any significant production delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer once the goods leave our premises. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party courier services.

• Address Accuracy: Any costs incurred due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Custom Goods: Since our products are custom-printed to your specifications, no refunds or returns are accepted once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Defect Claims: Any claims regarding printing defects or quantity shortages must be made in writing within 2 days of receiving the goods. We may require the return of the defective items for inspection before a reprint or refund is issued.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You warrant that you own the rights to or have permission to use any images, logos, or trademarks uploaded for printing.

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Control Print Sdn Bhd against any legal action or costs resulting from copyright infringement claims related to your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Control Print Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising out of the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
